New Joint Adoption Website and Nationwide Tour Aims to Find Loving Homes for One Million Homeless Cats

Dogster, Inc. Announces Partnership Between 9Lives® Brand, Morris' Million Cat Rescue™ Campaign and Its Catster.com Community

SAN FRANCISCO, CA--(Marketwire - June 13, 2007) - Dogster, Inc., the fun-loving, pet-loving architects behind the Dogster.com and Catster.com online communities, together with the 9Lives® brand, today kicked off an exciting initiative to find homes for one million shelter cats. Through the creation of the Catster/9Lives Adoption Center, and Catster's involvement in the second phase of Morris' Million Cat Rescue™ Campaign, the two partners hope to raise interest, awareness and action around cat adoption.

"This is a very important partnership for Catster," said Dogster, Inc. founder and Chief Business Officer Steven Reading. "There are so many cats and kittens that are in shelters and in need of rescue. Catster can now not only help each and every one of these cats find a new home, but also provide community and support to new owners as they have questions or need advice on caring for their new pet."

The Catster/9Lives Adoption Center

The Catster/9Lives Adoption Center introduces an online community with the goal of bringing together animal shelters and their cats with potential adopters. In addition to providing information, photos and profiles of homeless cats, visitors to the site will also find support, advice and opportunities for new cat owners to connect with other cat lovers, as well as share photos, video and stories of their new four-legged companions.

Morris' Million Cat Rescue™ Campaign Hits the Road... and the Web at Catster.com

Starting today in Chicago at the year two kick-off event, Catster will join Morris® the Cat as he embarks on a journey across the U.S. in his state-of-the-art Morris' Million Cat Rescue mobile adoption bus -- with the support of two high-tech satellite vans -- to educate and raise awareness of cat rescue. In each market, vehicles will visit local shelters, retailers and special events to educate consumers on proper care for their newly adopted cats. Visitors to the mobile adoption centers will also be able to search for adoptable cats in their areas through the Caster/9Lives Adoption Center as well as learn more about the Catster online community.

"We are thrilled to partner with Catster to help promote cat adoption and to celebrate the special bond between pet parents and their feline family members -- especially as the 9Lives brand kicks-off the second year of Morris' Million Cat Rescue Campaign. Morris the Cat was a shelter cat and we hope that his amazing story will inspire people to adopt a cat into the family," said Ryan Thomas, 9Lives Brand Manager. "The partnership with Catster is just another way that Morris the Cat and the 9Lives brand are encouraging and empowering people to consider cat adoption."

According to Thomas, the 9Lives brand is committed to the promise of Making Lives Better™ and will donate money to animal shelters across the country every time a 9Lives product is purchased. For more information about Morris' Million Cat Rescue Campaign, visit www.9Lives.com.
