New Luxury Apartments in The Woodlands Under Construction to Meet Growing Demand

HOUSTON, TX--(Marketwire - Mar 11, 2013) - Construction for Phase II of The Millennium Waterway Ave luxury apartments in The Woodlands, TX is underway to meet an increasing demand for housing due to corporate relocations, including that of ExxonMobil. Developers The Dinerstein Companies and The Woodlands Development Company will seek LEED for Homes Silver certification for the Phase II community, recently named The Millennium Six Pines.

The Millennium Waterway Ave became the first LEED Silver certified apartments in The Woodlands.
