Canadian Labour Congress Executive Vice-President Barbara Byers and FTQ (Quebec Federation of Labour) President Henri Massé, will be available to the media, in Montreal, to comment on the Supreme Court of Canada decision on the Chaouli case.

This is the case where Dr. Jacques Chaoulli and his patient George Zeliotis claim to have a constitutional right to private care and private insurance under the Charter of Rights and Freedoms.
