New Partnership With Grupo Rehab Brings EDUCATA Online Courses to Physical Therapists in Spanish-Speaking Countries

CALABASAS, CA--(Marketwired - Oct 29, 2014) - Leading providers of online physical therapy continuing education EDUCATA (US) and Grupo Rehab (Spain) signed an agreement to make EDUCATA.COM courses available in Spanish. The translated interactive content will be offered to physical therapists in Europe and Latin America as early as this fall.

"With this partnership we take another important step in making our educational content available to PTs around the world," said Marilyn Pink, EDUCATA CEO. "We are thrilled to work with Grupo Rehab in bringing our award-winning educators to Spanish-speaking professionals. This agreement confirms the true international nature of the knowledge and skills developed in our field."

"Grupo Rehab's portal has become a leading destination for Spanish-speaking physiotherapists," said José M. Pastora, CEO & Founder of Grupo Rehab. "Our search for content that could be migrated and distributed into our growing market led us to EDUCATA. The company stands out because of the caliber of its instructors -- who are themselves clinicians, university professors and international presenters -- and because we share a similar philosophy and focus on quality instruction."

EDUCATA, which is an online education partner of the World Confederation of Physical Therapist and official provider of online education for the Australian Physiotherapy Association, has a significant number of international members. The agreement with Grupo Rehab is the first that involves localization of content into a non-English presentation.
