New President Selected for Esterline Connector Business

Patrice Cavelier-Bros Is an Industry Veteran With 25 Years of Aerospace Experience


BELLEVUE, WA--(Marketwired - Nov 6, 2014) - Esterline Corporation (www.esterline.com) (NYSE: ESL), a leading global specialty manufacturer primarily serving the aerospace and defense markets, has announced the selection of Patrice Cavelier-Bros to lead its France-based interconnect business as president of Esterline's Connection Technologies group, which includes the Souriau and Sunbank connector product brands. Cavelier-Bros comes to Esterline from Zodiac Aerospace, where he served for the past decade as the company's Group Vice President of Business Development.

Cavelier-Bros has also worked for Labinal, a key customer for Esterline's connector products that presented the Souriau team with their top supplier award in 2012. Prior to his decades of work in the aerospace industry, Cavelier-Bros graduated from the University of Caen and the Intal Business School of Paris.

Souriau and Sunbank are top global suppliers of connection solutions and accessories for harsh applications in the aerospace, defense, energy and industrial equipment markets. The companies operate as the largest business group within Esterline, known as Esterline Connection Technologies.
