New Research Links Employment Screening to Recruiting Performance

Automation and Integration Lead to Improved Cost, Shorter Time to Fill

The new report, Employment Screening: Mitigating Risk, Driving Down Cost, found that organizations leveraging automation tools for background checking, employment or education verification, and reference checking experienced 60% better quality of hire compared to those without screening solutions in place.

The report also shows the results of linking employment screening systems and data with applicant tracking systems (ATS). Companies that had ensured full integration of these two processes experienced 3% annual improvement in time to fill and 5% average reduction in cost per hire, while organizations without experience had no change.
