New Studies Show Dealix Extends Lead Quality Advantage

REDWOOD CITY, CA--(Marketwire - September 6, 2007) - A June 2007 survey of 300 dealerships nationwide reports that more than three times as many dealers rated Dealix #1 in overall lead quality than any other third-party lead provider. Dealix was ranked first by 42% of dealers. No other vendor was rated first by more than 11% of dealers. PSL Marketing, an independent market research firm, conducted the survey.

A companion study by The Cobalt Group has matched more than three hundred thousand Dealix leads with DMV registration records to capture an objective measure of close rates. This study shows that the same number of Dealix leads generated 28% more sales in 2007 than they did in a comparable study in 2005.

These improvements in lead quality are attributable to extensive investments Dealix has made:

-- Cutting the time required to deliver a quality lead in half,
   allowing prompt buyer contact

-- Extensive buyer surveys to capture the buyer experience and identify
   areas for Dealix and dealer performance improvement

The Cobalt study also showed that dealers with a comprehensive online marketing strategy and strong lead management practices can achieve up to three times the close rate of the average dealer from the same leads. Dealix's focus on quality does not end with the transfer of the lead but includes guidance to its customers on best practices for converting leads to sales and the most responsive customer service organization in the industry.
