New Vice President to Deliver Diversity, Depth to Loyalty Team

Research Business Expert Tony Cosentino Joins Ipsos Loyalty

With more than 10 years of diversified experience in marketing research, consulting, and new business development, Cosentino brings new depth to the group, with a particularly strong background in the technology and telecommunications sector. Matt McNerney, President of Ipsos Loyalty in U.S. made the announcement.

Tony Cosentino's background is rich in a variety of research issues including customer satisfaction and value measurement, product positioning, market segmentation, and brand tracking. Cosentino's primary focus has been in directing large tracking studies and in managing client relationships.

Prior to joining Ipsos, Tony Cosentino worked with a number of industry leading market research firms. In those roles, he established business relationships and directed numerous projects with global clients such as Cisco Systems, Hewlett Packard, IBM, Sprint, Microsoft, and Oracle.

Tony Cosentino earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in political science from the University of California, San Diego. In addition, he holds the RIVA certification for focus group moderation, and is an active member of the American Marketing Association.
