New VP of Sales to Drive Growth at Limeade

HR Technology Veteran Mitch Risner Leads Limeade Sales Organization

BELLEVUE, WA--(Marketwired - March 10, 2016) - Corporate wellness technology company Limeade today appointed Mitch Risner as its new vice president of sales. As a business development and customer success veteran, Risner brings deep experience from SumTotal Systems where he built a 35-person team that delivered 10 times business growth. He is now responsible for leading new business development at Limeade.

"I've had the privilege of working with HR leaders at some of the biggest and best companies in the world. One thing that's abundantly clear is people are always the greatest asset, and company culture is the center piece for business success," Risner said. "Limeade is well-positioned as the missing ingredient to connect workforces, engage employees and measurably improve employee well-being."

Reporting directly to CEO Henry Albrecht, Risner will oversee all sales and new revenue functions.

"Limeade has experienced tremendous growth in recent years, and we're excited for the next stage of success under Mitch's energizing and expert leadership," Albrecht said. "Besides being a great fit with our target customers and our culture, Mitch is a guru of the world-class sales process we need to scale Limeade to the next level."

Risner worked in HR and technology markets for more than 20 years. He has hands-on experience as a software developer and systems implementer, giving him a core understanding of technology and how to apply enterprise software successfully.
