(OTC: NWAV), a prepaid industry Holding Company geared toward socially conscious profitability, is pleased to announce that it has secured TCCI's Shawn Carden as Chief Executive Officer of the Company toward an aggressive growth and positioning strategy alongside plans to expedite one or more prepaid programs in addition to guiding New Wave toward success on its dynamic SchoolFuel™ program.
