New Wi-Fi TV™ Site Merges TV, Social Networking and the Internet

Next Generation of Wi-Fi TV™ to Be Launched This Quarter With New Design and More Personal Interactive Features

NEWPORT BEACH, CA -- (MARKET WIRE) -- January 24, 2007 -- The next generation of Wi-Fi TV Inc.'s (PINKSHEETS: WTVI) (www.Wi-FiTV.com) web site will fully merge live TV, social networking and the Internet with a new design, and greatly enhanced personal, interactive features. The site will launch prior to the end of this quarter (March 30, 2007).
