New World Gold Corp Completes Refurbishing of Peru Mill

BOCA RATON, FL--(Marketwire - Aug 25, 2011) - New World Gold Corp (PINKSHEETS: NWGC) is pleased to announce that the refurbishing of its Peru Mill has been completed. The Mill has the capacity to process 40 tonnes of ore per day. The average head grade of the ore is anticipated to be 1.0 ozs of gold per tonne. There is a possibility that the head grade could be higher according to the President of the Mining Association for the area. The company will continue to increase the capacity of this mill. It is anticipated that the processing capacity will be increased to 70 tonnes per day by November 2011 with the same head grade.

The Company has two mills. The fact that the Company has its own milling capacity means that it is not dependent on other companies for its cash flow. It gives NWGC a significant advantage over other companies who must rely on third party companies for milling their ore.

New World Gold Corporation will continue to look for opportunities that will allow the Company to grow by increasing its proven reserves, production capability and cash flow. The Company trades in the United States on the NQB Pink Sheets under the symbol "NWGC." For further information please call 561 210 8496 or
