New World Resource Corp.: Name Change Completed

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(CCNMatthews - June 27, 2005) - NOT FOR DISSEMINATION IN THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA

New World Resource Corp. (the "Company" or "New World") (TSX VENTURE:NW) announces that effective today, June 27, 2005, the Company has changed its name from Dasher Exploration Ltd. to New World Resource Corp. The new trading symbol is "NW".

The decision to change the Company's name was made to reflect a new focus on resource exploration and the completion of management changes that have been made over the past year. New World now has a strong team in place to maximize the value of its current projects, and to assess and negotiate other potential exploration assets. The Company is currently focused in North America exploring for gold at the La Juliana project in Sonora State, Mexico and in the Klondike in northern Canada. Management continues to assess potential acquisitions elsewhere in the Americas.

New World Resource Corp. is a Canadian based exploration company focused on gold exploration in the Americas. The Company's primary project is the La Juliana property located in the Mulatos mining district, in eastern Sonora State, Mexico. The La Juliana property is a volcanic-hosted epithermal gold prospect covering over 700 hectares. The Company has the right to earn a 60% interest in the property from Chesapeake Gold Corp.
