New World Systems Partners With Advanced Public Safety, Inc. to Offer an Integrated Ticketing and Citations Solution

TROY, MI -- (MARKET WIRE) -- December 6, 2005 -- New World Systems, a leading provider of enterprise-wide software solutions for the public sector, today announced its partnership with Advanced Public Safety, Inc. (APS) to offer its public safety customers a robust ticketing and citations solution tightly integrated with the Aegis public safety suite.

New World's Aegis suite provides an extensive range of products that may be tailored to the specific requirements of the end user. Each of the major solutions -- Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD), Records Management, Mobile Computing, Corrections -- work together off a common database with full functionality between modules, thereby reducing data entry and improving operational efficiency. By offering the APS ticketing and citations solution, New World extends its seamless integration into the electronic ticketing arena.

APS Virtual Partner and QuickTicket comprise a mobile computing system that analyzes the data returned via New World's Mobile client, stores the information electronically, and automatically populates traffic ticket and citation forms. This saves the officer time and ensures accuracy. QuickData supplies the ticket and citation details back to New World's Mobile solution, which transfers the data to the Records Management System database, making it accessible in real-time to authorized individuals for reporting, investigating, etc. There is also a handheld version of QuickTicket called PocketCitation.
