New York Media Festival to Take Over Manhattan With More Than 20 Events and 200 Speakers, This October

Digital Media Wire and Empiricly Bring Together Annual B2B Conferences for Music, Games, Television and Start-Ups; Launch New Innovation Unconference Event

NEW YORK, NY--(Marketwired - September 08, 2015) - New York Media Festival, a four-day event for the digital, games, music, television and video industries, will take place Tuesday, October 6 through Friday, October 9, 2015, with three days of conferences at the Museum of Jewish Heritage starting on October 7. The Festival provides an intimate environment for deal-making, partnership building and networking for executives, brands, investors, content creators and technology startups. Daily Tech-Media Crawl open houses and networking parties will be held city-wide and hosted by Condé Nast, iHeartMedia, The Orchard, Arkadium, Dots, Loeb & Loeb, SoftLayer, Vindicia, the National Arts Club and CityRealty, among others.

The New York Media Festival kicks off with an opening party at Avenue New York on Tuesday night followed by a digital music forum on Wednesday, featuring representatives such as artists, managers and record label executives. Thursday will host sessions and influencers from the games industry including publishers, developers and advertising firms. The final day of the festival will conclude with a TV/video conference for broadcasters, Multi Channel Networks and digital studios. Each day will feature the Innovation Unconference, the official innovation track and startup summit of the Festival, to present quick talks, panels, break-out sessions and a vendor showcase in a 5,000 square foot space above the main stage events.
