LAS VEGAS, NV--(Marketwire - April 4, 2011) - Continuing a positive string of new management changes, NEWave has promoted Tom Bechtel from VP of Operations to COO. Bechtel has been with NEWave since 2002 and has directed NEWave's operations since 2004. Now his promotion is part of a new wave of ideas and leadership at the company.

Bechtel has more than 17 years of firsthand gaming experience, particularly relating to computer software. Prior to joining NEWave, he was Cage/Credit Manager for Palms Casino Resort and for the Showboat Hotel/Casino, both in Las Vegas. He has also served as Cage Manager for Empress Casino in Joliet, Illinois to name a few.
