NEWave Protects Tribal Casino Operations Across North America With Its myCompliance™ Title 31 Software

LAS VEGAS, NV--(Marketwire - Aug 8, 2011) - Leading software supplier to the gaming industry NEWave provides the casino gaming industry's best solutions to more than 200 Tribal operations and other casinos across North America. Of particular concern to Tribes is Title 31 compliance, and NEWave's incredible myCompliance™ Title 31 software is operating in more than 27 Tribal casinos, with dozens more to be announced in the coming weeks.

Earlier this year, a property-generated study proved NEWave's myCompliance™ Title 31 software was saving the Riviera Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas $100,000 per year. Tribal operations are showing similar results with the easy-to-use software.

For example, Tachi Palace Hotel & Casino in Lemoore, Calif. installed the Title 31 software in May 2011. "We instantly realized that NEWave's Title 31 software was what we had been missing in our daily operations," said Tachi Palace Cage and Vault Director Ruth Ritchie. "The installation was well organized and smooth, the software is very easy to use, and we immediately achieved a more streamlined approach to our business, saving a volume of labor hours. Additionally, we gained added confidence that all transactions are being recorded in real time."

"Tachi Palace players are also thrilled with the new system as they no longer are asked repeatedly at various locations for information and copies of paperwork, ID and the like. So for us the big win was also with our guests," Ritchie added.

Title 31 is a key component of NEWave's myCompliance suite. The solution logs financial transactions from all potential sources as they happen, and ensures Title 31 reports and forms (SAR-C, CTR-C) are generated and properly eFiled. It completes the process by digitally storing files for reliable, quick and secure retrieval.

NEWave will be discussing myCompliance suite, along with all of its solutions, at the upcoming Oklahoma Indian Gaming Association Conference in Tulsa. NEWave will be in booth #624 with its show exhibition partner Financial Equipment.
