Newly Resurrected COMBAT Records Announces Its First Release

HORSE the Band Releases Its Highly Anticipated Album, "The Mechanical Hand," on September 20th, 2005

NEW YORK, NY -- (MARKET WIRE) -- August 31, 2005 -- COMBAT Records, the immortal metal label that is now a joint venture between KOCH Records (the fastest-growing independent label in the U.S.) and Entertainment Services Unlimited, has announced its first release: "The Mechanical Hand" by HORSE the band on September 20th, 2005.

The new album was produced by Matt Bayles (Murder City Devils, Mastodon, Isis, Norma Jean, Minus the Bear).

HORSE the band, often described as an experimental Nintendo-based hardcore band, has sold over 10,000 copies of its debut album through word of mouth and touring alone.

The Los Angeles quintet was also named by Alternative Press as one of the Top 100 Bands to Watch in 2005.
