NewMarket Anticipates Reporting 1st Quarter Growth

DALLAS, TX--(Marketwire - May 18, 2010) -  NewMarket Technology, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: NWMT) (OTCQB: NWMT) today announced that the Company anticipates reporting first quarter 2010 growth compared to the same period last year. NewMarket recently released its audited financial results for 2009 reporting revenue growth to $98.1 million in revenue with $1.5 million in net income. Management anticipates achieving $150 million in profitable revenue in 2010. The aggressive growth in 2010 is expected to be achieved through a combination of organic growth and acquisition. The organic growth and acquisition campaigns were introduced in 2009 with early results demonstrated through increased sales in the fourth quarter of 2009. The Company filed an extension notification for its first quarter 2010 results and expects to file the financial report within the extension period. NewMarket provides systems integration services, to include technology reseller, customization, integration, outsourcing and support services, in Southeast Asia, Latin America and North America, as well as China, and is actively expanding its business services into the growing markets of East Africa.
