NewMarket China, Inc. CEO Anticipates Increase to 2008 $50 Million Revenue Forecast as Result of Acquisition Strategy Highlighted in Webcast Yesterday

DALLAS, TX--(Marketwire - May 15, 2008) - NewMarket China, Inc. (OTCBB: NMCH) CEO, John T. Verges, conducted a Webcast yesterday at 4:30 PM EDT to present a strategic plan update. Mr. Verges highlighted the Company's plan to tune the corporate direction in accordance to what management has learned about doing business in China over the last three years. NewMarket China has grown from concept, to reporting $40 million in revenue in 2007. The Company has also established net income traction and anticipates improving fundamental financial performance in 2008. Mr. Verges previously announced a $50 million 2008 revenue forecast. In yesterday's Webcast, Mr. Verges discussed NewMarket China's acquisition plans and the potential for the 2008 revenue forecast to be augmented as a result of acquisition.
