NewMarket Technology, Inc. Announces $15 Million Outsourcing Agreement

DALLAS, TX--(Marketwire - September 23, 2009) - NewMarket Technology, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: NWMT) has announced a letter of intent (LOI) agreement for an anticipated $15 million outsourcing contract. The contract has been executed through the Company's operation in China and is scheduled to be finalized within the 4th quarter of 2009. This would be the Company's third large outsourcing contract this year. NewMarket has already announced approximately $65 million in new sales contracts earlier this year. The Company has been marketing a new outsourcing service since the beginning of this year to increase the Company's percentage of sales from recurring revenue and improve the gross margins.

Sales Pipeline Webcast Review This Friday, September 25th

NewMarket is scheduled to review year-to-date sales and provide a preview of anticipated sales through the rest of 2009 this Friday, September 25th. The Company has reported over $43 million in profitable revenue for the first six months of 2009. Historically reporting increased revenues in the second half of the year, the Company has set a $100 million profitable revenue forecast for 2009. The existing sales pipeline could result in over $100 million in total contracts by year-end. The Friday presentation will include a discussion of a potential increase to NewMarket's 2009 revenue forecast.
