Mr. Terry, formerly of Ulich & Terry LLP, is a new partner with Newmeyer & Dillion. His practice includes residential and commercial construction, real property and premises liability claims, commercial disputes and bond claims in California state and federal district courts.
Mr. Packer is a partner in Newmeyer & Dillion's expanding Walnut Creek office. He has practiced law in California, representing parties involved in real estate, home building, commercial construction and insurance matters.
