Newport Digital Technologies Announces Shareholder Conference Call to Provide Update on Recent Business Developments and Restructuring Plans

NEWPORT BEACH, CA--(Marketwire - Nov 9, 2011) - Newport Digital Technologies, Inc. (OTCBB: NPDT) (OTCQB: NPDT) announces that they will conduct a live shareholder conference call on Monday, November 21, 2011 at 1:30 pm PST to provide an update on recent business developments, offer details on the progress of the recently announced restructuring plan and encourage all shareholders to vote their shares in favor of increasing the number of authorized common stock.
