(OTCBB: HNHI), the parent company of TV Goods, Inc., previously announced that it had acquired the worldwide marketing rights to a new line of Sleek Wireless Hybrid and Tunable audio products. In a further development, the company announced today that this new line of mobile audio products will be personally endorsed by Curtis Jackson, p/k/a "50 Cent." 50 Cent, through G-Unit, a company owned by Jackson, has an ownership interest in Sleek. Under its Agreement with Sleek and G-Unit, TV Goods also made an equity investment in Sleek. 50 Cent, through G-Unit, has also made an equity investment in TV Goods, which makes him a significant minority shareholder in TV Goods and will be offered a seat on the Board of the Company at a later date.

The line of Wireless Hybrid products will be sold under the Sleek By 50 Cent™ trademark. The Sleek By 50 Cent™ motto is "Escape into Your Music."

The parties plan to debut the product line at the January 2011 Consumer Electronics Show (CES) in Las Vegas. TV Goods will produce a series of commercials and plan other marketing and promotional campaigns targeting the global consumer market.

TV Goods and Sleek plan to introduce the Platinum line of products designed by Sleek and 50 Cent with the Sleek By 50 Cent™ headphones (wired and wireless) followed by a Wireless Hybrid earbud product, both of which will utilize the Kleer® lossless technology. Earlier this year, SMSC announced that its Kleer® wireless audio technology has been selected by Daimler AG as part of the rear seat entertainment system for the company's 2010 Mercedes-Benz E-Class and S-Class models. As part of the marketing campaign, 50 Cent will be actively endorsing and promoting the Platinum line of Wireless Hybrid Sleek by 50 Cent™ products at concerts, in music videos, retail packaging, point-of-purchase videos, live appearances (including national and international live shopping networks), at the 2011 CES Show in Las Vegas, and other venues, on a worldwide basis. 50 Cent will be touring in Europe beginning February 2011 and will be tying in appearances in support of the product during his tours.
