Next Flight Out Pioneer Network Global Logistics Selects Southwest Airlines for Its Air Cargo Partner of the Year Award

When assessing its air cargo partners for the award, NGL considers on-time performance, lost or missing shipments per 1000, overall customer service, the number of "controllable" exceptions per 1000 shipments and carrier costs per pound and per shipment, among other factors.
