NextPhase Wireless Extends Footprint to Arizona

ANAHEIM, CA -- (MARKET WIRE) -- March 27, 2007 -- NextPhase Wireless (OTCBB: NXPW), a next-generation wireless company that specializes in integrated Internet, voice and data communication, today announced that it has added Arizona to its fast-growing national footprint.

March 14th, 2007, NextPhase announced that it signed a letter of intent to acquire InterActive Network Services (INS), an Internet services provider based in Blackwood, New Jersey. The deal is forecast to add over $500K in annualized revenues and to be accretive to NextPhase earnings. It will be an all-cash transaction.

Founded in 1995, INS is a leading regional ISP, providing connectivity, web hosting and co-location services to educational, business and municipal customers in the Mid-Atlantic region. Based in Blackwood, New Jersey, INS has been voted 'The Best ISP in South Jersey' every year from 2000 to 2006 inclusive.

Since the beginning of the year, NextPhase has continued to expand organically, with rollouts in Northern California and Oregon, with further rollouts scheduled for key states and other regions throughout the year.
