NextWave Wireless to Showcase Integrated Mobile Multimedia Solutions at CTIA WIRELESS 2008

Dr. Roger Marks, Senior Vice President, Industry Relations, NextWave Wireless, and Chair of the IEEE 802.16 Working Group on Broadband Wireless Access, will participate in a panel discussion on "What is 4G?", focusing on next-generation wireless standards. This panel is also part of the FierceWireless: Path to 4G event and will take place on Wed., April 2, from 11:45 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.

Dr. Osama Alshaykh, CTO of PacketVideo, will speak at the Smartphone Summit, co-located with CTIA WIRELESS, on Mon., March 31 in room N115 from 5:00 to 5:50 p.m. The session, titled "Smartphone & Mobile Entertainment - Pioneering the Rich Media Experience," will address opportunities for monetizing content from rich media to mobile applications and networks. Session participants also include HP, Imagination Technologies, ArcSoft and Adobe Systems.
