MINNEAPOLIS, MN--(Marketwired - May 20, 2014) - ThePoshMommy.com consignment boutique, created by Nicole Jennings, wife of Minnesota Vikings wide receiver Greg Jennings, will donate 15 percent of all purchases during the month of May to The Brandon Marshall Foundation to help raise awareness of mental health issues. ThePoshMommy.com gives bargain-savvy consumers access to gently worn designer clothes, shoes and handbags from wives, fiancés and partners of some of America's most respected professional athletes and coaches. Created to clean out closets while supporting philanthropy, ThePoshMommy.com donates up to 15 percent of all sales to charity.
"It's an honor to partner with such a great group as the Brandon Marshall Foundation to promote such an under-discussed cause. I hope that our partnership will raise funds and awareness of mental health issues," said Jennings.
Chicago Bears wide receiver Brandon Marshall and his wife, Michi, created the foundation to end the stigma attached to mental illness. The couple launched the extraordinary charity after years of struggling with emotional instability in their lives. In 2010, Brandon Marshall was diagnosed with Borderline Personality Disorder. As he and Michi worked to get him the help he needed, they took an oath to help others suffering from mental illness.
