nFocus Solutions Receives Coveted 2012 Stevie® Award for Sales & Customer Service(SM)

LAS VEGAS, NV--(Marketwire - Apr 24, 2012) - nFocus Solutions' Client Support Team was presented with a Bronze Stevie® Award for Front-Line Customer Service Team of the Year as part of the sixth annual Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service.

The Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service are the world's top sales awards, contact center awards and customer service awards. The Stevie Awards organizes several of the world's leading business awards shows including the prestigious American Business Awards(SM) and International Business Awards(SM).

The award was presented to Isaac Simonis, Operations Manager at nFocus Solutions during a banquet on Monday, February 27 at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas.

Over 1,000 entries from organizations around the world in virtually every industry were submitted to this year's competition. Finalists were determined by the average scores of 93 business professionals worldwide.
