As CRO, Mr. DeMarais will lead a team responsible for maximizing revenue for nGage Labs and with ensuring the organization's continued growth acceleration as he builds out direct licensing relationships with major brands and enterprises.

DeMarais comes to nGage Labs with more than 20 years of enterprise software sales and technical sales management experience. Kurt is a versatile cross-channel executive with a proven track record of building high performance sales teams across multiple industries. Most recently he served as the SVP of Sales & Interactive Marketing at The Allant Group where he was responsible for the large enterprise sales and marketing organization focusing on delivering transformational marketing and analytic solutions. DeMarais has also served in senior-level software sales executive and management roles at TruEffect, Responsys, and Omniture.
He started his career at Procter & Gamble where his strong sales leadership skills allowed him to rise quickly through the ranks propelling him to sales leadership roles at Jacob Suchard and PepsiCo.
