nGenx Names Scott Markley to Post of Channel Sales Executive

Cloud Workspace Professional Joins nGenx to Drive Go-to-Market Initiatives and Build Channel Momentum

CHICAGO, IL--(Marketwired - Jul 14, 2015) - nGenx, a cloud services pioneer in the delivery of hosted workspaces, including applications and desktops, today announced that Scott Markley has joined the nGenx team as a Channel Sales Executive. A cloud workspace veteran with experience in forging growth strategies, building strategic partnerships and expanding sales, Markley has been instrumental in growing bottom line revenues. In his new position, he will support nGenx efforts to increase market share in the channel as prominence of desktop and application virtualization grows with businesses across the globe.

Markley's focus at nGenx will be to cultivate existing partner relationships and to build upon the company's network of solution delivery partners. Prior to nGenx, Markley served as senior vice president for IndependenceIT where he advised senior management on go-to-market and brand strategy, business development, and product roadmap development. He also drove the organization's efforts to enlist VARs, MSPs, and ISPs into the company's partner network. Before his role as SVP, Markley served as director of business development and expanded the company's footprint with new technology and channel partners globally. In the years prior, he held positions with various organizations, furthering their success with increased industry presence and revenue expansion.

"nGenx is bringing real advances in how desktops and applications are consumed in both large and small organizations," said Markley. "With a fully packaged solution that leaves no stone unturned with respect to automation, management, and system reliability, I look forward to introducing prospective partners to the advantages that will drive greater revenue to their operations."

nGenx simplifies the process of cloud-enabling applications and desktops without the need to redevelop existing software solutions. This gives managed service providers and software developers unprecedented access to markets and customers previously out of reach. nGenx delivers an integrated online experience that empowers business applications with a greater number of access points using a full-featured Microsoft Windows desktop. Leveraging this technology, users benefit from fingertip access to IT resources, anywhere, anytime, and from any device.

"Having a first-class executive like Scott onboard will support our efforts to drive adoption of the nGenx platform as customer interest in client virtualization grows," said JD Helms, president of nGenx. "While our category leading platform for desktop and application service delivery expands opportunities for the company, the team behind it is equally valued. We are pleased to have Scott join our team and participate in our success."
