NGRAIN Appoints Military Veteran to Board of Directors

Lieutenant General Michael Hough (Ret.) to Provide Strategic Guidance on Key Military Projects

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwire - June 10, 2008) - NGRAIN, award-winning provider of 3D performance support solutions, announced today that the company has appointed Lieutenant General Michael Hough (Ret.) to its board of directors. Drawing from more than 30 years of senior management experience within the U.S. military, General Hough will provide guidance on NGRAIN's business strategy as it relates to the company's involvement in the Joint Strike Fighter (JSF) program and other military projects.

"Throughout his years of service, General Hough has demonstrated tremendous leadership across a broad spectrum of operational and logistical challenges. He has extensive experience executing important military program strategies and is also a decorated military veteran with deep understanding of soldiers' needs from a tactical level," said Paul Lindahl, CEO of NGRAIN. "A seasoned military expert with a well-rounded background, having General Hough on our board is a great asset for NGRAIN as we continue to solve key military training and maintenance challenges with our 3D performance support solutions."

Before retiring from active duty in 2006, General Hough served as Deputy Commandant for Aviation, U.S. Marine Corps, and was responsible for all planning and training for Marine Corps aviation. Serving as Deputy Director of the JSF Program and then Director of the JSF Program, he executed the aircraft acquisition strategy and was responsible for implementing systems integration processes, procedures, and techniques for development of all JSFs in partnership with the Department of Defense (DoD). A customized version of NGRAIN's software has been selected for the aircraft's information infrastructure, and in his new role, General Hough will provide NGRAIN with counsel on its continued involvement in the program.

Enlisting into the U.S. Navy in 1963, General Hough has served in a number of notable positions throughout his career, including flight instructor, commander, as well as executive assistant to the Deputy Chief of Staff for Aviation. During his years of service, he initiated and implemented integrated training concepts, which were recognized for saving billions of dollars in aircraft procurement costs.

Throughout his career General Hough has earned numerous personal decorations including the Defense Distinguished Service Medal, Navy Distinguished Service Medal, Air Force Distinguished Service Medal, Legion of Merit with one gold star, Meritorious Service Medal with two gold stars, Navy Achievement Medal and the Combat Action Ribbon.
