Bruce Binch leads local Chartered Professional Accountants

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwired - Oct. 4, 2013) - St. Catharines Chartered Professional Accountant and prominent business leader Bruce Binch, CPA, CA, LPA has been elected President of the Chartered Professional Accountants of Ontario's Niagara District CPA Association. The District Association is the CPA profession's local presence and organizes activities that benefit local Chartered Professional Accountants and the community at large.

In addition to helping to serve, represent and provide fellowship among local CPAs, the District Association also helps bring CPA Ontario's many programs to its members, while also organizing important community events, such as tax clinics for people with low incomes.

Bruce is a Principle with Jones & O'Connell LLP in St. Catharines. A CPA since 1989, Bruce provides accounting, assurance, and financial consulting services to businesses and their owners. He has experience dealing with companies in a wide range of industries including retail, hospitality, manufacturing, real estate, construction and not-for-profit. Bruce also assists owners prepare business plans for financing.
