Nicole Campbell Joins InsideView as General Counsel

Campbell Brings Years of Legal Experience With Rapid-Growth Tech Companies

SAN FRANCISCO, CA--(Marketwired - January 21, 2016) - InsideView powers the world's business conversations. Today the company announced the addition of Nicole Campbell as general counsel. Campbell joins the InsideView executive team with nearly 25 years of legal experience that spans corporate, technology transactions, and litigation. Campbell will be the eighth woman on the senior leadership team at InsideView.

As InsideView's general counsel, Campbell will serve as corporate secretary and actively partner with the executive, product, and sales teams to ensure the company is well positioned strategically. In this role, Campbell assumes responsibility for all legal affairs, including corporate governance, sales and strategic partnership transactions, IP strategy, and regulatory compliance.

Campbell comes to InsideView from SK Planet where she served as general counsel and oversaw the company's acquisition of the mobile app startup Shopkick. Prior to SK Planet, Campbell spent five years as VP, Legal Affairs of Ooyala, a SaaS video publishing and analytics company acquired by Australian telecom Telstra. Before going in-house, Nicole worked at San Francisco and Silicon Valley law firms that include Cooley Godward, where her clients included Adobe, Yahoo!, and a variety of emerging growth companies.

"Nicole has the right mix of experience and legal expertise to guide our team as we move to the next evolution of InsideView," said InsideView CEO Umberto Milletti. "The next couple of years are critical and we needed someone with a strong background in technology company growth to help keep us on track. We're excited to welcome Nicole to InsideView."

Campbell said that working in-house provides her with "the satisfaction of being part of a team that is working together to not only tackle immediate needs but to also achieve great things over time. InsideView has an open and collaborative culture, and that really attracted me."
