Nightingale Engages Investor Relations Consultant

MARKHAM, ONTARIO--(CCNMatthews - Oct. 12, 2005) -

Nightingale Informatix Corporation ("Nightingale" or the "Company"), (TSX VENTURE:NGH), is pleased to announce that Surefund Capital Corporation ("Surefund") has been retained to provide investor relations consulting services to Nightingale. Based in Markham, Ontario, since 1995, with Mr. Gary Perkins as its President and Chief Operating Officer, Surefund has provided investor relations services to companies listed on the TSX.V and the TSX Exchanges, with clients in health care, technology, manufacturing and the service sectors. Surefund will liaise with the investment community and assist Nightingale in attracting new investors as well as prepare investor relations and other communication materials.

The term of the consulting agreement is for 12 months and at expiry, at the option of Nightingale, may be renewed on such terms and conditions as may be agreed upon by the parties. As compensation for its services, Surefund will receive options to acquire up to 300,000 common shares ("Common Shares") of the Company for a three (3) year period at prices ranging from $1.00 to $1.50 per Common Share and will be reimbursed for out of pocket expenses.

The agreement is subject to approval by the TSX Venture Exchange.
