Nightingale Informatix Corporation Continues to Gain Momentum in the Canadian Market

MARKHAM, ONTARIO--(CCNMatthews - Sept. 27, 2005) - Nightingale Informatix Corporation (TSX VENTURE:NGH) today announced that it has signed multi year agreements with the South End Medical Clinic and Melville Medical in Saskatchewan. Both organizations have licensed Nightingale Informatix Corporation's (TSX VENTURE:NGH) (www.nightingale.md) web-based Enterprise Practice Management and Electronic Medical Record ("EMR") system.

Nightingale's internet-based Electronic Medical Record (EMR) solution and Practice Management solution will help the physicians at the two clinics manage their practices, as well as their patient records, through a secure internet browser. Nightingale's Practice Management and EMR solutions offer multi-location, enterprise-wide management and reporting capabilities.

South End and Melville Medical provide primary care to the communities of Regina and Melville, Saskatchewan respectively. "We assessed other products that required a local IT infrastructure and had concerns about the difficulty in supporting a local server. Nightingale's ASP model is the perfect match for all of our needs," stated Dr. Eshawesh of Melville Medical.

The agreements between Nightingale and the two clinics represent 10 physicians plus all administrative and clinical support staff. According to Dr. Didi Emokpare of the South End Medical Clinic, "we evaluated various systems on the market, and Nightingale was clearly the leading application. It has robust functionality on an easy-to-use, web-based platform which will allow us to focus on patient care rather than managing a complex IT infrastructure."

Dr. Ron Katz of the North Regina Medical and Dental Clinic, which has used the Nightingale system for over two years, said "it's improved efficiency in the clinic tremendously and allows me to see more patients on a daily basis."

"The Saskatchewan market is another emerging market that has recognized the need for provincial EMR initiatives. This aligns with our goal to be leaders in the Canadian EMR space." says John Bodolai, Vice President Sales & Marketing of Nightingale. "We are pleased to have both Melville Medical and South End as new customers. Nightingale is committed to setting the standard for 'patient centric' practice and clinical management automation.

These clinics are expected to be fully implemented by November 2005.
