Nightingale Signs First U.S. EMR Customer; Contract with Seale Harris Clinic, P.C. valued at US$220,000

Clinic purchases Nightingale's Electronic Medical Record (EMR) solution with integration to HealtheNet's transcription services

Nightingale Informatix Corporation (TSX VENTURE:NGH) today announced the signing of its first U.S. Electronic Medical Record (EMR) customer, the Seale Harris Clinic, P.C., in Birmingham, Alabama. The contract, valued at US$220,000, will allow the clinic to capture medical information using existing HealtheNet transcription services and have that information directly ported into Nightingale's EMR application.

Nightingale announced the acquisition of HealtheNet in November 2005 ( and the contract with Seale Harris is a direct result of the HealtheNet acquisition. This agreement will provide Nightingale's EMR application, services and support to Seale Harris's two locations with eight physicians and over 10,000 patients. Founded in 1920, Seale Harris is the oldest clinic in Birmingham servicing an average of 90 patients per day.

Nightingale and HealtheNet are both ASP applications, allowing physicians to securely access patient information from any Internet connection, anytime, anywhere.
