Nilam Resources Forms Peruvian Subsidiary to Identify and Acquire New Mine Concessions in Peru

Nilam Resources, Inc. (OTCBB:NILR) (FRANKFURT:3NL) announces that the Company has formed a separate Peruvian subsidiary in order to identify and acquire new mine concessions and other business opportunities in Peru.

The Peruvian subsidiary will now manage all aspects of the Company's Peruvian operations, including identifying potential acquisitions, mergers, asset purchases or other business opportunities related to mining or mineral production, extraction or refining in the country.
