ELK GROVE VILLAGE, IL--(Marketwire - Jul 20, 2011) - Despite a tough economic climate, Little Lady Foods continues to garner the loyalty and support of some of the country's largest consumer brands' food manufacturers, private label retailers, sit-down restaurants and convenience stores.

Little Lady Foods recently consolidated employees into a single 20,000 sq. ft. corporate complex at 2200 Pratt Boulevard in Elk Grove Village, IL, freeing up much needed space for growing food plant operations and an expansion of its culinary center for product development and customer collaboration. The Company operates three manufacturing facilities in Elk Grove Village and Gurnee, Illinois.

Founded in 1985 by Angelo Geocaris, the privately-held Company is now under the joint leadership of sons Dan and John Geocaris. According to John Geocaris, it is this tightly held, steady ownership that has enabled Little Lady Foods to grow and thrive through a variety of economic swings.
