2008 Survey Results -- Good, Very Good, or Excellent

Ninety-eight percent of customers rated the overall quality support received from Cincom as good, very good or excellent.

Skilled +

Ninety-seven percent of customers rated the support skill level as good, very good or excellent.

Sense of Urgency =

Ninety-three percent of customers rated Cincom support engineers' sense of urgency in resolving the problem as good, very good or excellent.

Nine Out of 10 Customers Would Recommend Cincom to Others

Ninety percent of customers would recommend Cincom software to another company.
