CINCINNATI, OH--(Marketwire - September 18, 2007) - Cincom Systems, a global software and services provider, announced the results of a customer-service survey conducted from June through August 2007. 563 surveys were sent only to customers who had actually used Cincom's support services.

2007 Survey Results - Good, Very Good, or Excellent

Ninety-five percent of customers rated the overall quality support received from Cincom as good, very good or excellent.

Skilled +

Ninety percent of customers rated the support skill level as good, very good, or excellent.

Sense of Urgency =

Ninety-one percent of customers rated Cincom support engineers' sense of urgency in resolving the problem as good, very good, or excellent.

Nine Out of 10 Customers Would Recommend Cincom to Others

Ninety percent of customers would recommend Cincom software to another company.
