CINCINNATI, OH--(Marketwire - June 7, 2007) - Cincom Systems, Inc.'s customer service and support announced the results of a customer service survey conducted from January 2007 through May 2007. Over 600 surveys were sent only to customers who had actually used Cincom's support services.

--  Ninety-four percent of customers rated the overall quality support
    received from Cincom as good, very good or excellent.
Skilled +
--  Ninety-four percent of customers rated the support skill level as
    good, very good or excellent.
Sense of Urgency =
--  Ninety-three percent of customers rated Cincom support engineers'
    sense of urgency in resolving the problem as good, very good or excellent.
