2013 Survey Results - Good, Very Good or Excellent

Ninety-six percent of customers rated the overall quality of the support they received from Cincom as good, very good or excellent.

Support Engineer Skill Level

Ninety-five percent of customers surveyed rated the support engineers' skill levels as good, very good or excellent.

Rapid Response Time

Ninety-five percent of customers rated Cincom support engineers' sense of urgency in resolving the problem as good, very good or excellent.

Eight out of 10 Customers Would Recommend Cincom Software to Others

Eighty-six percent of customers would recommend Cincom software to another company.
