Ninety10Group Celebrates Two Year Anniversary and Adds Three Senior Heads to Management

LONDON, UNITED KINGDOM--(Marketwire - Nov. 10, 2011) - Ninety10Group, an integrated global social media service provider and pioneer of open business consultancy, celebrated its 2nd anniversary with the appointment of three new group-level senior executives.

Ninety10Group appointed Dinis Guarda as Head of Communications & Marketing and member of the board to further develop the company's brand and drive awareness across different service sectors and geographies.

Both Ian Murray and Michael Litman join recent hire Steffen Huck, Head of Innovation from Hyve, to create a global working committee to further expand on an Open Business adaptive system, which provides a pragmatic and holistic approach to the adoption and measurement of social media by large multi-nationals across multiple departments including; Insights, Comms, Service, Innovation and Planning.

They will be responsible for their key clients and the design, delivery and measurement of cutting - edge services within respective practices areas across Ninety10's global footprint. Ian Murray will oversee the research practice to explore and define the new research paradigm brought about by social media. Michael Litman becomes Head of Engagement to support social media CRM, Sales & e-Commerce, Marketing, Customer Service and PR while Steffen Huck has been developing the Innovation practice which delivers open innovation through co-creation and crowd-sourcing.

With these hires Ninety10Group continues to reinforce its position as the key social media business consultancy firm and partner to multi-nationals looking to realise real business value from social media.

Ninety10 has experienced rapid expansion of its business and client base in its first two years. It now has offices in the UK, France, Germany, Spain, Italy, Portugal, Benelux and Scandinavia, Middle East and Lat AM further solidifying the agency's position as one of the world's largest networks dedicated to social media business consultancy.

"As our business continues to grow, we welcome Dinis, Ian and Michael and their wide experience and deeply considered views on social media. They are key players in defining this new space. This is a truly exciting time for us in which we are able strengthen core competencies during a period of significant international expansion." said Jamie Burke, CEO and Co-Founder of Ninety10Group (90:10 Group).

"Social media is much more than just another channel to market. It's a powerful platform for innovation and bringing about positive change as companies try to adapt to their new and rapidly evolving environment.

"It's why we continue to employ an integrated workforce of change agents to help our clients open their business processes to external stakeholders across all their key departments for the purpose of competitive advantage. These new hires will bring integrated thinking to the group and support the ongoing roll out of the Ninety10Group social media and open business program". All new hires will report directly to Burke.

He adds: "These new roles underline the fact we are the opposite of most big established networks right now. While they desperately try to modernise their outdated offerings, we are building established disciplines on top of a social media frame-work using only what works in today's environment and casting away what doesn't.

"We can do this because we don't have to protect old business models to the detriment of our clients best interests. Change doesn't mean job losses for us. Change is a positive disruption enabling us to create positive outcomes to meet our client's 21st Century needs.

"That's one reason why the best people are spilling out of the networks and into 90:10 Group. We are building the business consultancy of the future, the one they could never deliver within the confines of their old jobs, delivering relevant services that bring real and measurable value to our clients."
