Ninety10Group appointed Dinis Guarda as Head of Communications & Marketing and member of the board to further develop the company's brand and drive awareness across different service sectors and geographies.

Both Ian Murray and Michael Litman join recent hire Steffen Huck, Head of Innovation from Hyve, to create a global working committee to further expand on an Open Business adaptive system, which provides a pragmatic and holistic approach to the adoption and measurement of social media by large multi-nationals across multiple departments including; Insights, Comms, Service, Innovation and Planning.

They will be responsible for their key clients and the design, delivery and measurement of cutting - edge services within respective practices areas across Ninety10's global footprint. Ian Murray will oversee the research practice to explore and define the new research paradigm brought about by social media. Michael Litman becomes Head of Engagement to support social media CRM, Sales & e-Commerce, Marketing, Customer Service and PR while Steffen Huck has been developing the Innovation practice which delivers open innovation through co-creation and crowd-sourcing.

Prior to joining Ninety10Group, Dinis Guarda was the Global Head of SEO and Social Media Strategy for Saxo Bank. Over the course of his career, Dinis has worked across key industry verticals including consumer goods, banking, technology, and worked with governments, UN, Vodafone, P&G, Alcatel and successfully created the website and its versions for Latin America and China. Dinis earned his MS's degree in New Media from London South Bank University and is a guest Lecturer at the Copenhagen Business School.

Ian Murray comes to Ninety10Group with 17 years experience delivering inspirational strategic advice to many of the world's leading brands including Mercedes, Audi, Sony, Nokia Kellogg's and Unilever. Ian, a true researcher and thought leader, has held board-level positions in leading research consultancies and agencies operating within the Interpublic and Omnicom networks. Immediately prior to joining 90:10 Ian was Managing Director of Hall & Partners Europe based in London where he defined and researched global strategies and solutions for business.

Michael Litman is passionate about future thinking, creativity and how they can apply to brands in social media for the purpose of communications. Formerly he was a digital strategist at Poke working on behalf of Orange and the Huffington Post. Prior to that, he was a social media planner at Dare, where he worked across Premier Inn, Standard Life, EA and Sony. In his spare time he runs a high traffic blog and writes for numerous publications such as Mashable, The Wall, net and Adverblog. He has worked for a diverse range of clients ranging from technology, mobile, consumer, hospitality, automotive, FMCG to public sector.
