Ninth House CEO Jeff Snipes Featured in Two Articles for Leadership and Learning Publications

Snipes Gives Voice to 10 Years of Leadership Industry Expertise in Two Spring Bylines for Leadership Excellence and CLO

SAN FRANCISCO, CA--(Marketwire - June 19, 2007) - Ninth House, Inc., the leadership solutions company, announces that CEO Jeff Snipes has authored two spring bylines for top leadership and learning publications Leadership Excellence and Chief Learning Officer (CLO).

The May issue of Leadership Excellence focuses on the work of Tom Peters and featured the story by Snipes titled "Top Performance: Use Best Practices in Leader Development." This piece uncovers findings of the Ninth House Leadership Index, a study of Fortune 500 leadership development practices, competencies and impacts. It discusses how high performing organizations develop leaders to achieve results and goes into three topics: Best Practices, Leadership Competencies and the ROI of Leadership Development.

The June issue of CLO features Snipes' story titled, "Education Marketing as a Business Tool" that focuses on how learning can be a key differentiator for marketing a company. It states, "The idea that learning increases organizational performance has been around for years. But beyond internal skill development, learning now is seen as a key differentiator in how companies go to market, create breakthrough products and establish positive buyer relationships that last a lifetime."

"I am pleased to be an ongoing contributor to both of these publications," notes Snipes. "As a reader, I get great value from what they offer and I am happy to give back to the leadership industry by sharing what I have learned based on working with a wide variety of innovative client organizations."
