Nitro Petroleum Inc.-Announces its Intent to List on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange

LAS VEGAS, NEVADA--(CCNMatthews - April 30, 2007) - Nitro Petroleum, Inc. (OTCBB:NTRO) -

Nitro Petroleum is pleased to announce that it is filing to be listed on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange. The listing will offer international investors an opportunity to take part in Nitro's North American oil and gas projects as well allow Nitro Petroleum to access international market makers. As the company receives more details on the Frankfurt listing it will inform its shareholders of the status.
