NJ Education Forum to Address Issues of Globalization and Connectivity

PRINCETON, NJ--(Marketwire - October 14, 2009) - Educational Testing Service, the New Jersey Department of Education and the New Jersey Education Association, will host esteemed New Jersey educators at the 2009 Educational Forum of New Jersey, Globalization: Developing Creative Connections.

The Globalization Forum will focus on developing globally competent students and infusing global perspectives into teaching and learning across content areas from preschool through high school. Participants will discover how to guide their students to think to the future and act with global understanding. They will also learn how they can infuse ideas and strategies for incorporating global perspectives into all aspects of their teaching.

The keynote speaker is Shari Becker Albright, Ed.D., Chief Operating Officer for Asia Society International Studies Schools Network. Small group discussions will follow the keynote address.
