Dr. Donald Kramer has announced that he will not seek reelection to the Company's Board of Directors.

Additionally, Dr. Kramer has overseen the recruitment of a team of experienced healthcare executives that have been essential to Nobilis Health's growth and will continue to implement the strategy that has proven successful during the past four years.
