Noble Financial Capital Markets Announces Formation of Technology Advisory Board (TAB); Coincides With NAB Show, Vegas

LAS VEGAS, NV--(Marketwired - April 13, 2015) - Noble Financial Capital Markets (Noble) today announced that the company has formed a Technology Advisory Board (TAB) to guide its analysts, investment bankers and corporate clients with substantive technical advice in regard to new discoveries, products, services and trends in the Media & Entertainment, Technology & Telecom sectors.

"I am very pleased to launch our TAB here at the NAB Show in Las Vegas," said Nico Pronk, Noble's CEO. "We felt there was no better place to make this announcement than at the world's largest media technology show." Noble, in partnership with the NAB, is hosting the Media Finance & Investor Conference. "The strategic value that our Scientific Advisory Board (SAB) has created for our healthcare team and clients since 2012, has prompted the formation of the TAB to advise our technology group and clients."

Dr. William (Bill) McGann is Chairman of the TAB. McGann holds a Ph.D. in Physical Chemistry. His company Ion Track was sold to General Electric in 2002, where he led an 800-person global diverse technology team in the security sector covering video, intrusion, access control and explosives and narcotics detection devices. He has authored over 70 research proposals to the U.S. Government, 20 scientific publications, and over 20 patents in the areas of nuclear, chemical and biological detection technologies. McGann created the world's first passenger walk-through screening system for explosives detection, "EntryScan" and is currently President and CEO of Implant Sciences (OTCBB: IMSC) which is a leader in the global explosives and narcotics detection market. "During his career Bill has demonstrated an amazing ability to turn credible science into practical and profitable technologies. I'm grateful and proud to have Bill chair our TAB," said Pronk.

Other members of the TAB include Craig Robinson, who was Business Development Manager with Pixim Inc., before it was acquired by Sony -- Pixim was an optical sensor manufacturer for CCTV cameras; Glenn Sherman, who has more than 30 years of experience leading and building technology companies and is currently CEO of Moving Image Technologies; John Stiska, currently principal of Regent Partners, former law partner with Brobeck, and Sr. Vice President and GM of the Technology Applications Group at Qualcomm; and Thomas Wenrich, former partner with The Boston Consulting Group and founding COO of Open English.

"Our mandate is clear," said McGann, "we've been formed to provide actionable intelligence, advice and direction to Noble on new and emerging development and trends in the global media, technology and security industries. Our newly formed board is extremely excited to be here together at the Noble Conference to initiate our activities. The technology companies represented at the Conference provide a great opportunity for the team to get started."

The Noble Media Finance & Investor Conference features presentations and panels involving more than 30 public companies in the media, entertainment and technologies space. Bob Pittman, CEO of iHeartMedia (and former CEO of AOL, Time Warner, Century 21, MTV and Six Flags) is keynote speaker at the Conference (April 14, 3:30pm, Wynn, Las Vegas).
