Noble Systems Reports Record-Breaking Revenue Growth in Brazil

Global Contact Center Solutions Provider Sees Dramatic Gains in Fast-Growing Economy Fueled by New Client Relationships, Rise in Hosted Revenue

SÃO PAOLO, BRAZIL--(Marketwire - Apr 26, 2012) - Noble Systems Corporation, a global leader in unified contact center technology solutions, today announced that 2011 revenue from operations in Brazil grew by more than 47 percent from 2010 totals. The regional gains contributed to a worldwide revenue increase of almost 10 percent from the previous year and reflect income from system sales, support and the introduction of new offerings.

"Our leadership had the vision to invest in Brazil and bet on the great companies doing business here," says Paul Bullett, CALA region vice president for Noble Systems. "These numbers tell a great story, not only of Noble Systems' success, but of the amazing growth our clients and partners are sustaining."

Demand for Noble Systems' solutions grew so quickly over the course of the year that by August 2011, it was announced that Mavex Informatica, Ltda. would serve as an authorized reseller throughout Brazil. The biggest revenue gains came from Noble Systems' cloud-based offerings, including on-demand line capacity expansion, business continuity tools and CaaS system architecture. Looking ahead, the company anticipates another strong year in Brazil and throughout Central and Latin America.
